Can I keep my team and my private clients separate?
Yes. Every team, client group, and camp is its own roster. Families only see what you share with them: their team, their sessions, their camp.
I already use a team app. Why switch?
Team apps are built for one team. If you also train kids privately or run camps, you end up paying for more tools and juggling more logins. This puts all of it in one place, and we move your roster over for you.
How is athlete information protected?
Rosters, film, and payment records are private to your account. Film is only visible to the groups you choose, and nothing goes program-wide without admin approval. You own your data. If you ever leave, we export all of it for you.
Do my families need to download an app?
No. It's a website that works on any phone, so there's nothing to install and nothing to update. Parents can add it to their home screen if they want.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, on your own bank schedule. We never touch it, and we don't take a cut of registrations.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You start on a free address we give you, and can move to your own domain any time. We handle the switch.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your roster, your film, your payment history. If you ever leave, we export all of it for you.
What does it cost?
